Dear La Concorde Homeowner, 

There are five members elected to the HOA board every year. For this year, there are five candidates for the five positions and no challengers to the incumbents, thereby negating the cost of an election.

The five board members for the 2026-2027 term will be Arnie Neiss, David Kline, Rob Katz, Weldon Sikes, and Andrew Mahn. 

While an election will not take place, the Annual meeting will still be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be held via conference.
