The La Concorde Board of Directors invites and encourages you to submit your name for consideration of becoming part of the new 5-member homeowner Board of Directors, which will be elected at the May 2025 HOA Annual Meeting.

The Board receives no monetary compensation but is rewarded by knowing that they are making a difference in their community. A member of the Board must be a La Concorde homeowner.

The following are desirable traits of a person wishing to serve as a Board member:

• A personal commitment to and adequate time for contributing to the Board’s work.
• A desire to work with and exchange ideas with a broad variety of residents.
• A willingness to listen to the needs of residents and work with the building manager to address the concerns and problems that may arise
• A desire to be involved in the life of the community
• Demonstrate ability to work well with others
• Leadership skills
• Computer access
• Possession of other key skills, professional experiences, or relationships.
