Dear La Concorde Homeowner, 

There are five members elected to the HOA board every year. For this year, there are five candidates for the five positions and no challengers to the incumbents, thereby negating the cost of an election.

The five board members for the 2024-2025 term will be Arnie Neiss, Morey Kitzman, David Kline, Rob Katz, and Weldon Sikes. 

While an election will not take place, the Annual meeting will still be held on May 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.  This is the agenda for this conference meeting. Please contact Carlos for login information.
