The 2020 HOA Board Election was held at the Annual Meeting on May 26, 2020. There were 25 ballots cast, the percentage of votes that each candidate received is as follows: 

• Rob Katz, 97.93% (24 of the 25 ballots cast)
• Dave Kline, 96.02% (24 of the 25 ballots cast)
• Morey Kitzman, 96.02% (24 of the 25 ballots cast)
• Barry Marston, 91.88% (22 of the 25 ballots cast)

Arnie Neiss is the 2 year Board member and will be serving the second year of his term. Gordon Reynolds will act as floating Board member (can act as a proxy for a regular Board member should the need arise).

The Board Members seated themselves as follows:

• President, Arnie Neiss
• Vice President, Morey Kitzman
• Treasurer, Dave Kline
• Secretary, Rob Katz
• Member, Barry Marston
