We will have the following spaces for lottery, available for LaConcorde residents only. Parking lottery will take place during our December 2019 HOA meeting. Winners will occupy the respective parking spaces from January 1st, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

• 1 Underground garage space (full size) for $75/mo.
• 1 Underground garage space (compact car only) for $60/mo.
• 1 Surface covered space (compact car only) for $40/mo.
• 1 Surface uncovered space (compact car only) for $30/mo.

If you are interested in any of these spaces, please email us at laconcordedenver@gmail.com letting us know which space(s) you are interested in.  You are not required to attend the meeting to participate in this lottery.
