The entrance door buzzing system is now working properly so you are able to grant access to guests and deliveries during the day as needed.

Due to the increasing prevalence in criminal activity in Denver, we are forced to take more stringent security measures for our community here at LaConcorde, therefore, the outer foyer door is now locked from 9 pm to 7 am daily. This temporary measure and slight inconvenience is for the safety and security of you, your neighbors and your property.  During these hours, your guests and deliveries will need to contact you by phone so you can come down to the lobby and admit them in person; in addition you will need to use the North door for lobby access.

In this regard your assistance is appreciated in ensuring that you close and latch all doors behind you when coming and going.
