Building Management

We have two key updates regarding building management:

1. Terry is no longer our building manager.
2. We are still seeking a permanent management solution. In the interim, please continue to submit any questions or requests through the Contact Us form on this site. All form submissions are automatically emailed to all Board Members.

Security

We have received a quote to re-key the building and will be moving forward with the project as soon as possible. Please check back here or see notices posted in the elevator for updates. Additionally, Sara is currently working to fully reprogram the building call system. Please submit any issues with or updates to your contact information through the Contact Us form on this site.

Trash

The trash chute is for disposal of small items only. Styrofoam, boxes, medium to large trash bags, or other items likely to get stuck in the chute must be disposed of in the recycling and trash bins behind the building. (Note: Please close the trash room door firmly behind you.)
