Thank you to everyone who has reached out to the Board with information and concerns regarding Saturday evening’s break in. Throughout the course of the day, we had several emergency meetings to address building security and are currently able to provide the following updates:

Police officers will patrol the block and our building Sunday and Monday. A private security solution will be put in place as of Tuesday and will remain in place until all building locks have been changed.

Building-wide lock changes will take place in the coming weeks. Updates and information regarding key exchange will be posted soon.

Neither party was started by a resident of La Concorde Condominiums. We are in regular communication with police officers to identify the instigators in order to keep them from returning to the building.

The graffiti by the garage has been painted over.

Terry Dodd, Building Manager, will be off-site for the remainder of the week. Please direct any urgent requests to the Board via email or speak to Board Secretary Sara Wilson in Unit #303.

We encourage residents to attend the Board Meeting Tuesday night at 7pm in the Basement Recreation Room for additional information.

Once again, please help keep our building secure by firmly closing all doors as you enter or exit the building and do not let anyone follow you in that you cannot confirm as a resident of the building.
